| Artur was born in Jastrzebie Zdroj, Poland and moved to Los Angeles when he was five. He is currently an economics major, and involved with SIRUM, Stanford Students Environmental Consulting Group and Stanford Astronomical Society. He loves soccer, and enjoys basketball, volleyball, futsal, jet-skiing, paintball etc. His favorite movie is Gladiator, without a doubt, but 300 is a close second. Nothing else comes close. | Tom was born in New Jersey but moved to Champaign, Illinois before high school. He still keeps ties to the East Coast by visiting to Jersey Shore every summer, but loves his home in the heartland. Tom decided to continue his own personal reiteration of manifest destiny by coming to Stanford as a member of the class of 2010. Tom is excited to live at Toyon in his sophomore year. | Ricky Villarreal grew up with 3 younger siblings and his parents in Garland, TX, a suburb of Dallas. He decided he needed a change from Texas so he came to Stanford to explore the greatness of California. Here at Stanford he is active with the Catholics at Stanford and the Chicano Engineering Group on campus. He is also a devoted baseball fan and loves to play music. |
