Stanford Eating Clubs

Welcome to Los Arcos

Managers

Miguel, Francisco, and Stephanie

Miguel Sugay Francisco Olmos Stephanie Hilliard
Miguel Sugay is a California native — Southern California (the better part), that is. He enjoys dancing and is a member of both Alliance Street dance and DV8, two hip-hop dance teams on campus. He is also a member of the Stanford Men's Crew team. Miguel has not declared a major, but will definitely not major in anything that has to deal with math, engineering, or any type of sciences… except for the social sciences. He does not know what to do with the academic degrees that he receives (if he does), but he is sure that he wants to eventually own and run his own hotel/casino. He loves to gamble. Lastly, he has dreamt of being an Arcos Eating Club Social Manager all of his life and is proud to have finally accomplished that goal. From the faraway hometown of Redwood City, Francisco made the gruesomely long trek of 4 miles to his new home: Stanford. He enjoys playing his acoustic guitar, playing volleyball any and every day he can, and creating delicious dishes (quesadillas) in the Terrace. Currently majoring in Mechanical Engineering, he keeps himself busy with the Latino Engineering Society and design competitions. Stephanie is from Arizona and planning to major in Biomechanical Engineering. Some of her favorite things include: raindrops on roses, American Idol, contagious laughs, laughing awkwardly when you know you're not suppose to, and chai tea with cinnamon. If you don't see her at the ECM table, you might hear her because, according to her RA, "She's singing ALL the time!"
